This Mexican-style lager was brewed with toasted Peruvian cancha corn (aka Peruvian corn nuts) for a light body and subtly-toasty taste. Accented by lime zest and Andean pink salt, it's got a crisp finish that makes it the perfect summer quencher and taco companion!

After constant prodding to be able to make a Mexican-style Lager, brewing manager Bryan finally gave into head brewer Jake just in time for Cinco de Mayo. Atlantica is brewed from the finest light pilsner malt and flaked corn for snappy malt flavor accented by just the right hint of tropical mango and zesty lime. The beer’s delicate flavor and dry finish are paired perfectly with our barbacoa tacos and our fish and chips.

Sweat?...Stout is made in collaboration with our friends at Sweat Records in celebration of Record Store Day! With inspiration from their Little Haiti neighborhood, Sweat?...Stout is a tropical iteration chock full of flavor. Brewed with lager yeast, as is classically done in this Caribbean-style stout, we also added Haitian coffee, freshly pressed sugar cane juice and toasted coconut. The result is a surprisingly easy-drinking beer with an abundance of roasted tropical flavor.

Brewed with heaps of British Maris Otter malt, golden naked oats, Demerara sugar and a blend of roasted malts, this dense Imperial stout is something to get lost in.  After a year of aging in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, it had a month-long soak with Askinosie cocoa nibs, toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans. The aroma is intense chocolate and espresso with notes of bourbon, coconut and vanilla and the flavor is rich fudge, cafe mocha with oak and hints of Mounds bar.  

This beer is the brain child of coworkers Jake Leaf and Jon March 7 years ago while they were BS-ing in Bunyan’s Lunchbox after a few too many Manhattans the night before. The rich, deep flavor is hinted at by the amber color, it is complex without being overbearing. If you are looking for an herbaceous complex lager with some rye spice, this one is for you.

What do Florida grown Sapodilla, a 20th century futurist architect and a traditional spring-time strong lager have in common? Bockminster Flurry of course!

The brewery’s good friend Walt from LNB Grovestand farm introduced us to Sapodilla, which he describes as tasting like a “brown sugar peach.” With that flavor in mind, we thought it would be unique to pair this tropical fruit with a malt forward beer, like a Maibock. Panela sugar was added to further the tropical brown sugar theme, and voila!...a malty sweet tropical delight.

The can label artwork is inspired by the work of futurist architect Buckminster Fuller who gave us such designs as the “geodesic” globe (there’s a pretty famous example in Orlando).

A playful, hoppy saison brewed with regeneratively grown barley, organic sorghum and malted rye and generously dry-hopped hopped with a blend of tropical, citrusy hops. This complex, refreshing ale is a sophisticated welcome to spring and the reawakening of nature.

Are you ready to CRUSH it this summer?! Our Mandarin & Mango Crush is a citrus-forward fruit beer brewed with boatloads of tart mandarin oranges and juicy Alphonso mangoes to create a lightly sweet, hazy gold-colored brew that's like a sip of summer in every can.

Kumquat purée was added in the mash and heated with sugar to simulate the process of making marmalade. The grain was then added on top of that mash marmalade.

Zip Zap Zoop is a hazy India Pale Ale dry hopped with a heavy hand of Mosaic, El Dorado and Idaho 7. We then hit it again with a batch of water-soluble terpenes, hop's natural aromatic compounds, to further enhance the beer's potent hoppy blast of citrus and pine.
