Analog Citrus Cooler cocktail
Ingredients:

2 oz. Analog Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass, garnish with orange twist.

Analog Vodka Coconut Cooler
Ingredients:

2 oz. Analog Vodka
2 oz. Coconut Water
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Cilantro

Directions

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake Hard for 10 seconds (will break up cilantro). Double strain over ice in a Collins Glass. Garnish with coconut shavings (or cilantro bunch)

Analog Vodka Cranberry Cobbler
Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Analog Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Sauce (or Cranberry Juice)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Directions

Combined in shaker, dry shake (no ice) Analog Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup & cranberry sauce for 10 seconds, add ice and shake for 10 more seconds. Double strain into collins or cobbler glass.

Ingredients:

3 drops orange flower water
1/2 oz. orgeat syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with fresh nutmeg micro planed over the top. 

Barrel Honey Rum
Ingredients:

2 oz. Barrel Honey Rum
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Real Maple Syrup
4 Mint Leaves

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over ice into a rocks glass.

1 oz Honey Syrup (Dissolve 8 oz. Honey into 4 oz. Hot water)

Directions

Muddle blueberries, honey syrup & lemon juice. Add Compelling Gin & shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe.

Blood Courage Cocktail
Ingredients:

Fresh blood orange and pomegranate juice, scratch made rosemary syrup, and Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Blueberry YumYum cocktail with Dogfish Head Straight Whiskey
Ingredients:

2 oz Straight Whiskey
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
8 Fresh Blueberries
4 Mint Leaves

Directions

Muddle mint leaves & blueberries in shaker. Add Straight Whiskey, lemon juice and ice to shaker. Shake & double strain over glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig. 

Barrel Honey Rum
Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Dogfish Head Barrel Honey Rum
2 oz. Apple Cider
1 oz. Cranberry Cinnamon Brown Sugar Syrup*
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Directions

Shaken & Strained over Ice.

*16oz 100% pure cranberry juice. 16 oz. brown sugar. 4 cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil & simmer for 20min

French 75 Whole Leaf Gin
Ingredients:

1 oz. Whole Leaf Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3 oz. Champagne

Directions

Add all ingredients except Champagne to shaker, add ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. 

Whole Leaf Gin
Ingredients:

2 oz. Whole Leaf Gin
2 oz. Club Soda
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

Add Gin and Soda over ice, juice fresh limes over drink and drop the lime rinds in drink. Gently stir. 

Compelling Gin Blueberry Gimlet
Ingredients:

2 oz. Compelling Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
8 Blueberries

Directions

Add Blueberries, simple syrup and muddle. Add the rest of ingredients. Shake Hard For 10 seconds. Double Strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe glass. Garnish With skewer of blueberries.

Compelling Gin Collins
Ingredients:

2 oz. Compelling Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Club Soda

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice, except club soda. Strain over ice in a tall collins glass. Add club soda, stir and garnish.

Compelling Gin & Cider
Ingredients:

2 oz. Compelling Gin
4 oz. Fresh Apple Cider

Directions

Fill collins glass with ice, pour gin & cider. Stir & garnish with apple slice & cinnamon. 

To make a pitcher of cocktails for 4 drinks. Add 1 pint (16oz) of Cider with 1/2 pint (8oz) of Compelling Gin. Stir & garnish with apple slices & cinnamon

 

Compelling Holiday Gimlet
Ingredients:

2 oz. Compelling Gin
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
4 Mint Leaves

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over ice into a rocks glass. Mint sprig garnish. 

Ingredients:

Hand clap of 6-8 mint leaves
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and dump into a Collins glass. Top with fresh ice and top off with soda. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Negroni with Compelling Gin
Ingredients:

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin
Splash of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Directions

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients until thoroughly chilled and strain into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and garnish with an orange slice. 

Ingredients:

Handclap mint leaves (or basil works)
3 slices cucumber
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Dogfish Head Analog Vodka

Directions

In a mixing glass, muddle cucumbers and add a handclap of mint. Add additional ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Espresso Nut Martini with Roasted Peanut Vodka
Ingredients:

2 oz. Roasted Peanut Vodka
3 oz. Dark Roast Coffee (chilled)
1.5 oz. Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice & shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass or over ice into a rocks glass. 

Barrel Honey Rum Grapefruit Honey Daiquiri
Ingredients:

2 oz. Barrel Honey Rum
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Honey Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds. Strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Scratch made black lime syrup, soda water, fresh lemon juice, and Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Fill Collins glass with ice, add gin and top with tonic water. Add two dashes of bitter. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Moscow Mule with Analog Vodka
Ingredients:

1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. ginger syrup (ours is house made from freshly squeezed ginger juice and simple syrup)
2 oz. Dogfish Head Analog Vodka
Soda Water

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing glass. Whip with 1 cube. Pour into an ice filled Collins Glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime and a piece of dried candied ginger on a pick.

Roasted Peanut Vodka - The Nutty Irishman
Ingredients:

6 oz Coffee
3/4 oz Roasted Peanut Vodka
3/4 oz Irish Creme Liqueur
Whipped Heavy Cream

Directions

Pour Roasted Peanut Vodka & Irish Creme Liqueur over hot coffee & stir. Top with whipped heavy cream. 

PB & J Punch with Roasted Peanut Vodka
Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Roasted Peanut Vodka
2 oz. Of your favorite jelly
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz. Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker. Muddle jelly to dissolve. Shake ingredients with ice. Strain over ice in a tulip glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.

Barrel Honey Rum
Ingredients:

2 oz. Barrel Honey Rum
1.5 oz. Pear Nectar
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
Lime Wheel Garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake hard with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain over ice in a Collins Glass. Garnish with Lime Wheel. 

Queen Beer with Whole Leaf Gin
Ingredients:

2 oz. Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Honey Syrup
3 drops Orange Flower Water
2 oz. Sparkling Topper

Directions

Combine Whole Leaf Gin, orange juice, lemon juice, honey syrup and orange flower water in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe. Top with Sparkling Topper.

Rum Mint Tea with Barrel Honey Rum
Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Barrel Honey Rum
1 oz. Agave Syrup
1 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Tea
6 Mint Leaves

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over ice. Garnish with mint sprig. 

Rum Punch with Barrel Honey Rum
Ingredients:

2oz Barrel Honey Rum
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Grenadine
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Lime Juice

Directions

Shake all ingredients together. Double strain over ice. Garnish with Pineapple wedge.

Salt & Pepper Cup with Compelling Gin
Ingredients:

3 cucumber slices
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Directions

Muddle cucumbers; add wet ingredients, shake with LIGHT ICE and dump into rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slices. Top with salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Compelling Gin
2 oz. Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz. SeaQuench Ale

Directions

Add all ingredients to Copper Mug in above order, add ice to mug to fill. Give a quick stir to mix. 

Shandy Bloody Shandy Compelling Gin Flesh & Blood IPA
Ingredients:

1 oz. Compelling Gin
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 oz. Blood Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Top with Dogfish Head Flesh & Blood IPA

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake Hard for 10 seconds. Double strain over ice in a Tulip Glass. Top with Dogfish Head Flesh & Blood IPA and garnish with lemon wheel.

Sonic Archeology & Sauvignon Blanc cocktail
Ingredients:

2 oz Sonic Archeology
2 oz Sauvignon Blanc

Add equal parts over ice.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Analog Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Namaste White

Shake all ingredients, except beer, in shaker for 5 seconds. Strain over ice in pint glass. Add Namaste White, gently roll drink or stir to mix.

The 60 Minute Man beer cocktail with Compelling Gin and 60 Minute IPA
Ingredients:

1 oz. Compelling Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. 60 Minute IPA

Directions

Shake all ingredients, except beer, in shaker for 5 seconds. Strain over ice in pint glass. Add 60 Minute IPA, gently roll drink or stir to mix.

Directions

Dry shake Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon bitters and egg white in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds, until frothy. Strain into a cocktail glass. Pour Aperol into center of cocktail (it will sink to bottom). Sprinkle Cardamom on top.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Whole Leaf Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3 1-inch Watermelon Cubes
2 Large Basil Leaves

Directions

Add Watermelon cubes, Basil leaves to cocktail shaker and muddle enough to crush the watermelon. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker. Shake Hard For 10 seconds. Double strain over ice into Collins Glass. Garnish with watermelon wedge and Basil sprig.

Whiskey Finished In Rum Casks - Whiskey Smash cocktail
Ingredients:

7 Mint leaves
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 Lemon
2 oz Whiskey Finished In Rum Casks

Directions

Muddle sliced lemon half, mint & simple syrup. Add ice & Whiskey Finished In Rum Cask and shake well. Add over crushed ice in a rocks glass & garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz Lime, Lemon & Maple syrup Sour mix
1 1/2 oz Dogfish Head Straight Whiskey
4 oz Dogfish Head Dragons & YumYums

Add sour mix & Straight Whiskey to a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a tall glass and top with Dragons & YumYums.
