1 1/2 oz Compelling Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz SuperEIGHT Super Gose
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Add Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir. Top with SuperEIGHT Super Gose.
