Objectively the most refreshing beer we’ve ever brewed, SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kölsch, a salty Gose and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt. The result? A citrusy-tart union that has captured the attention and hearts of beer, wine and margarita drinkers alike!

After a full year of research and development, the blissfully inefficient SeaQuench Ale hit the mark and the mood we were looking for. With a touch of salt on the tongue and a bit of malt sweetness in the finish, SeaQuench Ale is as unique as it is exhilarating, and perfect to down the whole year round.

Sick Cider is an unfiltered, rustic cider made with five types of Delware-grown apples including Fuji, Roman, Stayman, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious. 100% barrel-fermented with a culture of funky and wild Brettanomyces yeast, this dry, tart and refreshing cider is aged for one year in red wine barrels. 

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continually hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with a boatload of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads!

We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.
