A continually hopped west coast IPA full of all the piney & citrusy goodness emblematic of the style. We wanted to round out the traditionally neutral ester profile and leave just a bit more sweetness. So science got involved. Multiple experiments led us to an expressive English ale yeast that provides nice stone fruit and light tropical notes to complement the Simcoe and Amarillo hops we piled into this. Science FTW!

Sometimes you need to go backward to go forward. We decided to kick It old school with a style almost forgotten in these parts. We didn't boil this beer so that you could still get a full bodied beer with clean malty flavors without a lingering sweetness. Brewed (not boiled) with classic amber ale Ingredients then fermented with classic Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast this beer will remind you that looks can be deceiving.

We loaded up this Wet Hop Hazy DIPA with loads of wet Citra & Azacca hops. It’s dripping with flavors of juicy mango, peach nectar and orange flesh. Malted spelt provides a soft mouthfeel and a deep haze and expressive English yeast amps of the fruit. This beer is mmmmmoist.

This rice lager is crisp and refreshing and infused with a host of pan-Asian ingredients like jasmine rice, lemongrass, Makrut lime leaf and honey. It's crisp and crushable with notes of fresh citrus fruits and a delicate floral & spicy hop aroma.

We brought together this best rye malts with classic hops to bring a clean easy drinking beer. Named after brewer Jake's red miniature dachshund who can be sweet and smooth but always has a little spice to her personality. This beer will make you remember just how awesome Rye beers can be.

Inspired by the beers that brought on the dawn of the IPA revolution, Early Aughts Craft Brewery Style East Coast IPA is brewed with buckets full of the must have hops of the time paired with just the right amount of sweet toffee-ish caramel malt and fruity English ale yeast. We’ve created a balanced IPA billowing with pungent grapefruit and pine hop notes along with subtle apricot jam and toast. Since we invented continual hopping just prior to the year 2000, we continually hopped this beer for the duration of the 60 minute boil developing a complex and full hop profile topped off with a dry hop rate that seemed outrageous at the time.
