What happens when you take the Holy Grail for hopheads and age it in Utopias barrels? Magic.

In our latest iteration of 120 Minute IPA, we’ve enlisted the mystique that is Samuel Adams Utopias barrels to create an experience that’s both familiar and new with every sip you take.

Continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and then dry-hopped with even more hops for an unfiltered and abundantly hoppy brew, 120 Minute was then aged in freshly emptied Utopias barrels. The resulting deep copper-colored beer is bursting with sweet, almost candy-like aromas of citrus and pine, complemented by hoppy, resiny flavors and a lingering bitterness.

Inspired by the four 'magic chords' (E B, C#m & A) that make up many of the world's most popular melodies, Catchy Chorus is a double dry-hopped India Pale Ale that comes together in hop and grain harmony. Catchy Chorus blends Eureka, Bravo, Calypso and Azacca hops to create a 9% ABV symphonic sensory experience that's bursting with citrusy and tropical aromas and flavors.

A munchy delight to celebrate great waves and the people that ride them. Mosly Oceans Sticke Altbier is brewed with toasty oats, buckwheat, and the soulful blessing of real dates and cocoa. Brewed in partnership with the Surfrider foundation DE.

This barrel-aged behemoth gets its name from how our brewers refer to the base beer, our beloved 120-minute IPA. We laid down several Weller & Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels filled with the Holy Grail for Hopheads and aged it for a year. During that rest the liquid was transformed into an unctuous mélange of maple syrup, toffee, caramel, and orange marmalade. For this version, we aged it on fresh orange peel, cherries, and gentian root to bring the vibes of one of our favorite cocktails: The Old Fashioned. Allow this to come to 55-60 deg F to enjoy the full sensory experience.

Un’Ora … that’s 60 minutes in Italian! We took the idea behind our beloved 60 Minute IPA and created an off-centered Italian pilsner that’s been continually hopped for … you guessed it, a full 60 minutes.

Brewed with the finest flint corn polenta, Un’Ora offers everything you’ve come to know (and expect) from a pilsner. Golden with a malty sweetness, the crisp finish of Un’Ora will captivate your taste buds and have you coming back time and time again.
