Chesapeake & Maine … it's all in the name! Here at Dogfish Head's seafood and cocktail destination in Rehoboth Beach, sustainably sourced seafood meets innovative mixology. We're dedicated to bringing you the best from the waters between the Chesapeake Bay and Maine (starting to see where the name came from?) paired with hand-crafted beverages in a casual, nautical-themed atmosphere. For seafood lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike, Chesapeake & Maine offers a unique dining experience that combines bold culinary creativity with a commitment to quality.

Providing a culinary adventure with each plate, we take pride in sourcing our seafood exclusively from the Chesapeake Bay to Maine regions so you can enjoy dishes made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Our custom-built raw bar serves an ever-rotating selection of oysters, clams and seafood from the waters of our namesake regions. We've crafted our menu with care and a touch of off-centered creativity to bring you delectable dishes to satisfy those culinary cravings, like Soft Shell Crab, a Lobster & Crab Club, and Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese.

Our cocktail program, which earned a James Beard Award semi-finalist nomination for Outstanding Bar Program, is all about pushing the boundaries of mixology. Holding true to Dogfish Head fashion, you’ll find an offbeat approach that highlights our scratch-made spirits from Dogfish Head Distilling Co. with cocktails like the Papaya Yuzu Sour, a playful twist on a slushie featuring Dogfish Head Hull & Helm Whiskey, papaya puree, yuzu juice, and coconut water, and the Danny Boy, an herbaceous, summer-inspired spin on a piña colada crafted with Dogfish Head Ladybug Silver Rum, moringa, eucalyptus, smoked coconut cream, lime, mezcal, and Haitian rum. Our seasonal, rotating menu features concoctions crafted with fresh ingredients from the local farmers market. And don't miss our Porthole Cocktails – these shareable, photo-worthy creations rotate with the seasons, ensuring there's always something new to sip on!

With Head Chef, Nathaniel Wilder, spearheading the kitchen and Lead Mixologist, Ryan Warwick, shaking up the bar, their deep expertise and passion brings an elevated culinary experience that blends bold flavors with the region’s rich seafood traditions. Nathaniel brings a decade of experience in fine dining and sustainable sourcing, crafting menus that celebrate the best of the region's ingredients. His dedication to ethical sourcing from purveyors who practice responsible fishing ensures that every dish is both delicious and sustainable. Ryan, a Delmarva Peninsula native, infuses our bar program with tropical and tiki-style inspirations, exploring rare and historic spirits to create truly unique cocktails. Their combined expertise ensures that every dish and drink reflect Chesapeake & Maine’s commitment to unique, flavor-driven experiences.
