Summer Thyme! A Belgian-style farmhouse ale brewed with lemon zest and fresh thyme, this brew is the latest winner for our coworker Small Batch competition. It is the creation of the DFH Accounting Team - Kathy Baughman, Tracey Thompson, Shannon Spencer, Blaire Hartstein and Angela Wooten. They used 2,273,476 kernels of 2-row and 153,126,918 yeast cells (trust us, they counted) to make this crisp, dry and refreshing beer to celebrate the end of summer. Aromas of citrus, lemon and subtle herbal notes in the finish complement the spiciness from the Belgian saison yeast. Who says accountants are boring?!
