Brewed in collaboration with Tomme Arthur from The Lost Abbey/Port Brewing to support Sam's upcoming book "Project Extreme Brewing." This sour Belgian-style brown ale was soured with lactobacillus and fermented with caramelized grilled peaches and aged on french oak staves.
