Palo Santo Quad

We began with a Belgian-style quadruple brewed with stewed caramel malts and loads of dark candi sugar, then we aged it on Paraguayan palo santo, the same wood we use to age our Palo Santo Marron. The result is a rich, malty dark ale with notes of toasted bread, dark fruits, caramel and sandalwood.
