Army/Navy

Ingredients:

3 drops orange flower water
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with fresh nutmeg micro planed over the top. 

Bees Knees

Ingredients:

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey
2 oz Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a martini glass or coupe. No garnish.

Compelling Mojito

Ingredients:

Hand clap of 6-8 mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and dump into a Collins glass. Top with fresh ice and top off with soda. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Dirty Vodka Martini

Ingredients:

3 oz Dogfish Head Analog Vodka
1/2 oz Brine (we prefer our Dogfish Head Hop Pickle Brine)

Directions

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients until thoroughly chilled, and strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish olives or a lemon twist.

Dogfish Negroni

Ingredients:

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin
Splash of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Directions

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients until thoroughly chilled and strain into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and garnish with an orange slice. 

Eastern Standard

Ingredients:

Handclap mint leaves (or basil works)
3 slices cucumber
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz Dogfish Head Analog Vodka

Directions

In a mixing glass, muddle cucumbers and add a handclap of mint. Add additional ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

His Hair Was Perfect

Ingredients:

Tonic Water
Two dashes Fee's Brothers orange bitters
2 oz Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Directions

Fill Collins glass with ice, add gin and top with tonic water. Add two dashes of bitter. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Light & Easy

Ingredients:

Club Soda
Dash Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin

Directions

Fill Collins glass with ice, add gin and top with Club Soda. Add single dash of bitters and garnish with a lemon and lime wedge.

Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz ginger syrup (ours is house made from freshly squeezed ginger juice and simple syrup)
2 oz Dogfish Head Analog Vodka
Soda Water

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing glass. Whip with 1 cube. Pour into an ice filled Collins Glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime and a piece of dried candied ginger on a pick.

Salt & Pepper Cup

Ingredients:

3 cucumber slices
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Directions

Muddle cucumbers; add wet ingredients, shake with LIGHT ICE and dump into rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slices. Top with salt and fresh cracked pepper.

 

Tarragon Lemonade

Ingredients:

1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz house made tarragon simple syrup
2 oz Dogfish Head Analog Vodka

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and dump into a pint glass. Top with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh tarragon. 

The Daisy

Ingredients:

Club Soda
1 Egg White
2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. Aperol
1 1/2 oz. Dogfish Head Compelling Gin
Crushed Cardamom

Directions

Dry shake Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon bitters and egg white in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds, until frothy. Strain into a cocktail glass. Pour Aperol into center of cocktail (it will sink to bottom). Sprinkle Cardamom on top.
