To pair with our annual release of Wet Hop American Summer, we brew a black IPA called Wet Hop After Dark featuring a single variety of hops that goes from hop bine to the kettle in 24 hours. This year we celebrate the hop harvest with Mosaic. We used a blend of roasted malts to provide the darkness and 10 lbs of sticky, wet Mosaic to provide the dankness. This one is just slightly roasty with big notes of tropical fruits and berries.
