This keller-style West Coast Pilsener takes its name from the lake in Southern New Zealand that provides irrigation to the Wiamea & Motueka hops used in both the brewhouse and dryhop. A blend of Czech and French Pilsener malt provides a crisp, crackery base to make the hop notes of lime zest, pomelo and lemongrass pop.
