Twist of Fate sits in the nexus of a Hazy IPA, Session IPA and India Pale Lager. Brewed with a combination of Pils malt, malted oats and flaked rice, it has a rich, sweet, nutty malt complexity balanced with a judicious dryhop of Citra, Azacca & Mosaic. To add our own special twist we fermented it slow and cold with a traditional German lager yeast for crispness. It pours a hazy, pale straw with bright mango and mandarin orange burst from the nose and a lightly sweet finish.
