Strata Vista Social Club is a DIPA featuring two new-school hops - Strata, which provides notes of strawberry, passionfruit and cannabis - and Vista - a newly-named USDA-developed variety with notes of tropical fruit, tangerine and melon. We co-fermented it with two yeast strains designed to boost the intensity of the aroma. The result is a complex mixture of ripe tropical fruit, citrus and dank hop in the nose and a juicy wallop of flavor.
