We don’t often brew true-to style beers, but we had a special request for a special event. Featuring a domestically grown pilsener malt and just a touch of Munich malt, this Munich-style Helles has just enough doughy character to satisfy all your malt feels. A combination of classic Czech Saaz hops and long, cold fermentation with a Franconian lager yeast brings balanced spice notes and a pleasing crisp finish. High quaffability up in here. What can we say. It’s a straightforward Helles…no big whoop.
