This gin-barrel-aged farmhouse beer was inspired by the flavors of the classic Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail. A citrus-forward saison was aged for a year in Dogfish Head Mellowdious Gin barrels, then blended with 3-year-old mixed culture golden ale. Once blended we added Madagascar vanilla and orange blossom water to provide a creaminess and pop of floral orange characteristic of the fizz cocktail. Served on nitro.
