An American IPA brewed with malted spelt, malted wheat and flaked oats, State of Occlusion gets its notes of juicy orange, grapefruit and mango from being dry-hopped at 3lbs. per barrel with a blend of Centennial, El Dorado, Azacca and HBS-431 hops.
