The date is July 20, 1969.  Neal Armstrong takes the first human steps on the moon. Back on Earth, Joe Gilmore, legendary mixologist at New York's Savoy Hotel, commemorates the historic event by creating The Moonwalk ... a cocktail with grapefruit juice, orange liqueur and rosewater topped off with champagne. Small Step, Giant Leap is our play on that cocktail in a beer format. Brewed with pils malt, malted wheat and Viognier must, this kettle sour was infused with a blend of citrus peels and pureed ruby red grapefruit, and was topped of with a dash of rosewater for a floral finish.
