Why do pilsners get no love? We believe pilsners can be just as tasty and enjoyable as a hype IPA without the qualifier. We brewed our off-centered take on this classic style with pale 2-row pilsner malt continually hopped and dry-hopped it with the wonderful French variety, Aramis. It was fermented in the traditional way, slow and cold, with a traditional German lager yeast for crisp, snappy finish. We lovingly serve this unfiltered in the keller style to maximize the spice, gooseberry, white grape and lemongrass flavors and aromas that burst from each sip.
