This American IPA is brewed with malted spelt, malted wheat and flaked oats. Chock full of slightly sweet notes of juicy orange, grapefruit and mango, Optical Perplexity is dry-hopped at 3lbs. per barrel with a blend of Centennial, El Dorado, Azacca and HBC-431 hops.
