Oh L'amour Voldewort
What you have here is a dark saison, brewed by Sam himself, with heeping sackfuls of malted barley (including Maris Otter), malted spelt, flaked oats and a speckle of dark wheat and rye malt for good measure! This beer is sweet and smooth. Twenty pounds of chestnut honey, which throws aromas close to concord grapes, was added to the kettle. On top of that we threw in a couple of ounces of fresh, delicous thyme!
