We also love pilsner. Mystery Pils is a journey to find what is possible with basic beer ingredients to learn what is possible with American Pilsner. We are excited to have you join us as we unlock the mysteries of water, malt, hops and yeast when combined in new and unusual ways to find newness in a time tested classic.

Our first iteration featured Grüngeist hops, a new German hop variety that offers a balanced blend of citrus, berry, lemon zest and passionfruit notes. The unique hop profile was supported by the subtle bready sweetness of a blend of pilsner malt and malted corn.

Our newest iteration (2023) features Pekko, Azacca and Nectaron hops varieties that aren’t common in Pilsners and that that offer a balanced blend of tropical, citrus and passionfruit notes.
