Much To My Shark-Grin

We took our inspiration for this fruited sour from the classic tiki drink The Shark’s Tooth. We began with a base of pilsener, wheat and oat malts plus a touch of demerara sugar, then fermented it with pineapple puree, key lime juice and Amarena cherry syrup. It’s bright and bursting with pineapple goodness with tart lime and sweet cherry.
