We brewed this beer in collaboration with our pals at Atlantic Sea Farms of Biddeford, ME as an homage to our love of the mountains and ocean. The ingredients take you on a flavor journey with toasted pine nuts and Rocky Mountain honey from the mountains, to sea asparagus and balsam-fir-infused sea salt from the shores to Atlantic Farms kelp harvested from the ocean off the coast of Maine. We carried the theme through the hop selection, with mountain-themed Cascade and Summit in the brewhouse to oceanic-themed Waimea and Pacifica in the dryhop.
