Macaron L'Violette is brewed with the ingredients found in a classic, French blackberry lavender macaron cookie. We started with blend of barley, wheat, oats and almonds* in the mash, added milk sugars for sweetness and mouthfeel, and infused it with a hint of local lavender. Then, we fermented this delicious liquid with gobs of pureed blackberries and aged it on Madagascar vanilla beans. À votre santé !
