I Heard You Like Ella
Continuing our exploration of the goodness in single hop varieties. Built on a hazy Pale Ale base of Pils & wheat malts with a splash of flaked oats, this version features the Australian hop variety Ella. Used abundantly in the kettle, whirlpool and dry hops, this Australian variety brings notes of tropical fruits, citrus and grass.
