A simple unfettered & unfussy lager beer that we brewed for drinking and conversation. We’re talking a beer to have while you’re sitting with friends celebrating a new job, complaining about the weather, watching a game or plowing through a plate of chicken wings. Maybe all at the same time. We used Pilsener malt and a touch of flaked maize for crispness and for hops we stuck with the classics: Strisselspalt & Czech Saaz. A long, cold aging time delivers a crystal clear, crushable, and refreshing lager for any occasion.
