Herbes de Hancock
An homage to the fusion experimentations of a musical legend, Herbes de Hancock is an exploration of the fusion of the brewing and culinary worlds. At its heart is a traditonal Belgian saison expressing peppery yeast phenolics and a light, doughy maltiness layered with spicy rye and wheat malts. Then we bring the funk with thyme, sage, lavender, chervil, marjoram and bay leaf to blend harmoniously with the subtle sweetness of the malts. Jarrylo hops, known for their complex notes of banana, pear and spice offer the perfect counterpoint. The result is a crisp, herbaceous and refreshing ale that finishes clean and dry.
