Hammerfest is a Kviek IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, malted wheat and spicy rye malt. Additions of fresh grapefruit puree & peel and juniper berries bring citrus and earthy pine notes to complement the bright orange flavors from the Norwegian kviek yeast we fermented this with at a blistering 100 degrees. A dryhop with Comet, Simcoe and Cascade rounds out the flavor more citrus, floral and pine aromas.
