Full Metal Tiara
We continually hopped this highly quaffable pale ale with a blend of Warrior, Simcoe and Palisade in the brewhouse, then we dry-hopped it with Amarillo, Palisade and Simcoe. A simple malt bill provides a pale straw color and a subdued maltiness to balance the hops.
