Fruit-Full Fort Aged in Knob Creek Bourbon Barrels
This beer answers the question: "How do you take an already over-the-top fruit beer over the top?" About a year ago, we stashed away some of our Fruit-Full Fort in some Knob Creek Bourbon barrels. What came out was an intense, almost desert-like sipper. It's a potent melange of dark fruit, berry compote, oak, vanilla and bourbony warmth.
