At its core this beer is an American-style lager brewed with pilsener malt, malted wheat & flaked maize. Then we added a little “pickled” inspiration with a blend of Egyptian coriander, Vietnamese Robusta black peppercorns, dill & celery seeds, local sea salt and a dash of some unique culinary barrel-aged Rosé & Chardonnay vinegars. It's light and refreshing, with light herbal & warm spice notes and a clean, dry finish.
