Collective Collusion

To celebrate the first anniversary of our Off-Centered Society loyalty program, we invited members to be part of our recipe formulation team. First we asked “What beer style should we brew?” and then we asked “What ingredients can help make these beers off-centered?" The results are two beers on the opposite ends of the spectrum – one available at our Rehoboth brewpub and the other available here, at our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen.

Collective Collusion is a dense, fudgy milk stout brewed with loads of Maris Otter pale and Crystal malts, a blend of roasted malts, naked oats and a touch of milk sugar. It was then aged on heaps of Organic Guatemalan Asociación Chajulense coffee from our pals at Rise Up Coffee Roasters, Askinosie roasted cocoa nibs and whole Madagascar vanilla beans.
