Collaborative Inclusion

To celebrate the first anniversary of our Off-Centered Society loyalty program, we invited members to be part of our recipe formulation team. First we asked “What beer style should we brew?” and then we asked “What ingredients can help make these beers off-centered?" The results are two beers on the opposite ends of the spectrum – one available at our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen and the other available here, at Brewings and Eats.

Collaborative Inclusion is a beautiful, fruited IPA that's chock full of fragrances of tropical fruit, juicy hops and sweet, aromatic honeysuckle. Notes of passion fruit and mango shine with light tea tannin, and hints of sweet honeysuckle and biscuit ... all leading to a satisfying, bitter finish.
