CocoAmburana

We aged this chewy Imperial stout for 12 months in 12 year old bourbon barrels, then steeped it in cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and shaved Amburana wood which imparts notes of baking spices and gingerbread. The result is a rich, dense and fudgy liquid-chocolate-trufflelike experience best sipped slowly and enjoyed with company.
