An imperial stout - and Coworker Small Batch winner - packed full of flavor. We added 14 pounds of toasted coconut and a beavy of Madagascar vanilla beans, rolled oats and an assortment of specialty malts for some complexity. Then we aged it on charred oak cubes for a while! Aromatics include strong vanilla and coconut, accented with some rich oak goodness. It's smooth and warming. Enjoy!
