It seems everything is cloud-based these days, so why not riff on the classic American Pale Ale? We brewed this with pilsner, wheat and oat malts with just a touch of whey permeate for body. A large whirlpool charge of Cascade, the classic pale ale hop, was followed by a dryhop mélange of citrusy & tropical Mosaic, BRU-1, Mandarina Bavaria and Azacca. To the Cloud!
