Clocking in at 6.0% ABV, Central Digits is a hoppy lager brewed from Munich and Vienna malts, and hopped aggressively during the whirlpool with Citra and HBC431 hops for a rich, round malt flavor that supports layers of grapefruit, red berry and orange rind. Chock full of dank notes of pine, lemon and mango, this beer's aromas were blasted forward from dry-hopping it with even more irresponsible amounts of Citra and HBC431 hops. Medium-bodied with a dry, bitter finish, Central Digits is a decidedly un-boring lager and it isn't afraid to let you know what it thinks!
