Cantarito IPA
We took our inspiration for this beer from the tequila-based cocktail 'The Cantarito'. It was brewed with blue agave and grapefruit plus a bevy of blended citrus peels. Then it got a dry-hop with citrusy Pacific Northwest hops: Cascade, Comet and Citra. It's bursting with grapefruit and subtle notes reminiscent of tequila with a refreshing finish.
