With Arrows of Neon we explored the intersection of hops and acid. It owes its silky body to a heavy dose of flaked oats in the mash, and a mid-fermentation dry hop blend of El Dorado, Citra & Strata lend aromas of strawberry cream and pineapple candy. After fermentation we toyed with the acidity of the beer to enhance the juiciness and provide a quick, tart finish.
