Apritrois
Apritrois is a kettle-soured apricot ale that we fermented with Saccharomyces trois, an unusual yeast that adds a tropical and funky complexity to the beer's big apricot and stone fruit notes, and tart finish. Because we brewed it to be more tart than sour, Apritrois' fruit notes shine brightly in every sip!
