Sometimes you don’t have time for a full 60 Minute. This is the perfect alternative: 45 Minute IPA. We continually hopped this session IPA over the course of the 45-minute boil with citrusy Cascade hops. After fermentation we dryhopped with a blend of Lotus, Azacca and Mosaic for the perfect blend of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. It has just enough malt to balance all that hoppy goodness and a crisp dry finish to keep you coming back for more.
