What's on tap this week at the pub.  We are enjoying the Pale India Ale, a 6% abv Biere de Garde that has great flavor and aroma from spices like fenugreek, cardamom and garam masala.  We are also going to be tapping another cask of Johnny Cask 75 IPA this Thursday.  As the weather warms up and the spring rains continue our hop vines are beginning to make their way towards the top of the building.  We are hoping to get both great shade on our deck as well as some harvestable hop flowers to add to a brewpub exclusive in the fall.  In addition to our Pale India Ale we have an abbey dubble conditioning and hoping to release that in the next week or so.  Keep an eye out for news of Altar Boy being tapped at our Rehoboth brewpub.Summer officially kicked off with Memorial Day Weekend.  Friday night May 22 Eric Lindell and his band lit up the stage with his New Orleans inspired blues guitar.  The show was a huge hit and over $1000 was raised to support the Light up the Queen foundation, an effort to refurbish the historic Queen Theater in Wilmington De.  Check out www.lightupthequeen.org for more information and upcoming events.  Saturday night we hosted Jamie Mclean another New Orleans based guitarist for a full weekend of down home blues that kept the aisles packed until closing time.  This weekend we have some more great music featuring Perkasie on Friday night.  This indie folk band out of Lancaster is poised for greatness.  Catch them at the pub before they get to big to play on our stage again.  Saturday is the return of Slimfit a high energy roots rock band.  Check out the happenings page for our complete music schedule.  It was about two years ago that we started a little experiment in our distillery and this weekend marks the release of BE.  A spirit distilled from honey and aged in an oak barrel with Maple Syrup for about a year.  This smooth, amber spirit has hints of oak, wild flower honey and caramel sweet finish and is on sale at the pub Friday.  Our seasonal infused vodkas are Strawberry Vodka and Cinnamon Vodka.  Come on down and check out the distillery, tours are offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at 4:30PM.  See you at the Pub-Jason
