MTV's 'The State' Wants You to Submit for OCFF!
Our friends with 'The State' are looking for submission for the 2009 Off-Centered Film Fest...
Yup - time is ticking, get you camera out and shoot a short film! That's it. shoot, edit and submit and you can be on your way to Austin, TX for the Dogfish Head/Alamo Drafthouse Cinema's Off-Centerd Film Festival on April 3 & 4, 2009.
This is such a great opportunity that our buddies from 'The State' (yes, the huge ultra-hilarious comedy group from MTV in the early 1990's) are even out there letting people know about our little ole fest. The top three winners of this year's contest will be with us in Austin - they'll also get cash, prizes and the huge, huge bragging rights (until next year, that is!).
So, you have until March 1, 2009 to get us your short. No stressing, just shooting people (the first place winner in year one was a whopping 30-seconds long.... we know you have that in you)!
