Brewing it and brewing it and brewing it well

Hey friends!

This has been a wicked fun week at the brewery. We started the week with a bunch of Raison in the brewhouse followed with a whole bunch of 90. In between 60s as tank space freed up, we brewed this year's second installment of Burton Baton. We were massively pleased with the flavor of the first one and we're eagerly anticipating more of the same. See, the same ol' same ol' can be NOT boring.

On Monday, the second round of 75 Minute firkins were released. Our brewpub in Rehoboth recieved two and I assume they will have tapped one by now. The rest are waiting patiently to travel to your eager lips wherever they may be.

Thursday was a day filled with excitement as it was the first run of Squall IPA. I'm sure it will be well worth the extra labor and care that went into the beer to get it ready to be bottled. It tasted tremendous just prior to packaging and the packaging line is gentle with the beer so it should stay delicious.

A little bit of Squall made it into two separate Firkins on Wednesday so be on the look out because you never know where it might show up.

Next week we'll see some Midas come thru the brewhouse as well as more Raison, 90 and 60 with Shelter rounding out the week. The week after...Sahtea.

Well, I have to go run a meeting and get ready for the CBC so I'll get back to you later with some more babbling...
