Another Brewpub Exclusive Released today at 4PM

Wednesday, July 14, 2010

Only a few hours away from tapping Birra Romana, a Black Saisson a 4.5% abv brewed with chocolate and black malts, lemon peel and New Zealand Southern Cross hops. This beer is lighter in body than the opaque ruby almost black color would suggest. Slightly spicy with a delicious malt profile balances this brew. Birra Romana was the creation of the Quality Control team from our Milton brewery. They designed this beer to be enjoyed as is or as a dark and tan floated over 90 IPA. This beer is a refreshing treat and only available at our pub. Get it while it lasts. It goes on tap today at 4PM. In other brewpub exclusive news, Bryan Selders has been very busy keeping our brewpub exclusives coming fast and furious with the release of Zeno 2.0 about a week away. It is conditioning as I type this and will be ready to go on or about July 26th. Ryehoboth will make its annual summer appearance in a few weeks. This year we have changed the recipe slightly and added orange peel, coriander and whole leaf galena hops to the boil. Keep an eye out for this summer quencher towards the end of July. Stop by the pub there is always something exciting on tap.
