Q: When will Brewings & Eats reopen for in-restaurant service?

A: We will begin welcoming folks back to our Rehoboth brewpub for in-restaurant service on Saturday, September 8. We are not taking reservations at this time, but guests can call ahead to be added to the waitlist: 302-226-BREW. Click here to learn more!

Q: What days and hours will you offer in-restaurant service?

A: Brewings & Eats will be open daily for in-restaurant service from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Q: Will you have any capacity restraints? If so, what will those look like?

A: Yes. To ensure social distancing guidelines are properly maintained, we will reopen at limited capacity.

Q: Are reservations required?

A: No, we won't be taking reservations but feel free to call (302) 226-2739 to add your name to the wait list, if there is one!

Q: Are you planning to expand your patio/outdoor seating?

A: Yes. To allow for more guests to visit, we have expanded the footprint of our outdoor space to accommodate additional seating.

Q: Are masks required?

A: Yes. All guests and co-workers must wear a mask or facial covering throughout our Rehoboth campus, until they are seated at their reserved tables with their food and beverages. If you do not have a mask on hand, we will have Dogfish Head fandanas available for purchase.

Q: Will your bar be open?

A:  Bar seating/service is not currently offered at any of our locations.

Q: I am looking for a contactless experience. What type of contactless experiences are you offering?

A: If you are looking for an entirely contactless experience, we are proud to share that our curbside pick-up process is 100% touchless. If you are dining in our restaurant and wish to purchase your meal through contactless payment, please let your server know and we will make it happen.

Cleaning & Safety

Q: Talk about your cleaning and sanitation protocols.

A: We will strictly adhere to the Delaware Department of Health and EHS guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation practices. In addition to conducting a deep-clean of the brewpub before opening each day, we are committed to sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, tables and seats with peroxide-based disinfectant after every guest seating.

Q: What else are you doing to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests?

A: In addition to enhancing our cleaning and sanitation protocols to adhere to Delaware Department of Health and EHS guidelines, we have implemented a slew of additional practices and procedures to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. Not only are we requiring all guests and co-workers to wear masks or facial coverings when traversing our Rehoboth campus, but we have also installed touchless hand sanitizer machines throughout the space.

We have rearranged all tables and chairs – both inside and outside – to allow for at least 6 feet between parties and ask that guests remain seated – other than to use the restroom – during their visit. Servers will set tables with silverware, napkins, straws, etc., after guests are seated, and condiments will be available by request in single-serve portions.

Throughout the space, an abundance of signage and floor stickers have been placed to help with directional flow of guest traffic and show folks where to stand where waiting in lines to properly maintain social distancing guidelines. Within our restrooms, we have installed touchless paper towel dispensers and low-touch faucets.

Upon your arrival at Brewings & Eats, you will be greeted by one of our off-centered co-workers. They will give you the run-down on our ‘house rules’ and will be able to answer any questions you may have.
