Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971

From up and coming young artists to more experienced musicians, we'll be featuring local music every Wednesday night from 7-9 p.m. ... and on August 28, Roy and Maddie Voshell takes the stage!

A bond formed in 1994, Roy and Madeline Voshell have been living through music since Madeline, the daughter in this father-daughter duo, was born. Roy, a lifelong musician, began his career as a trumpeter for James Madison University’s marching band. From humble beginnings in Dover, Delaware, he began traveling with multiple elite musical groups. After meeting his wife, both employed at Disney World, Roy furthered his passion for music by performing with multiple bands and traveling across the west. Most recently known for his part in Giant Steps, a local Delaware band, Roy continues to appreciate the ability to share his talents with friends, family and strangers alike.

With a similar background, Madeline began her music career by playing the trumpet and piano during middle school and high school. It wasn’t until college that she realized her real passion was in acoustic guitar and vocals. The duo has performed in bars from Dover to Milton, and are always anxious for another chance to share their love of performing and collaborating with others. Their music ranges from the styles of Credence Clearwater, Avett Brothers, Fleetwood Mac and many more. From old rock to bluegrass-y tunes, Roy and Madeline bring a warm, fun, easy-listening father-daughter duet to each performance.

No Labor Day Weekend is complete without an off-centered beer release! And luckily, the next brew out of our 'Wooden ... it be nice!' wild beer program is releasing at our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen on Saturday, August 31 at 11 a.m.

‘Right Loose’ is a blend of a dark and blond base beer that’s been fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, and aged for 12 months in used red and white wine barrels. Finished with heaps of wild Maine, low-bush blueberries, it’s deep garnet in color with flavors of jammy red wine, dark fruits, oak and plum.

Clocking in at 7.2% ABV, ‘Right Loose’ was bottle-conditioned for a bright and effervescent carbonation. Hand-bottled – cork and cage style – and hand-painted with a special stripe signifying its uniquely-crafted touch, there’s 7,500 (375ml) bottles of this limited-edition beer up for grabs, and they’re priced at just $10 each. Deep Blue Something

We’re kicking off Dogfish Head’s annual, weekend-long Analog-A-Go-Go celebration with a free, live show by Deep Blue Something!

A Texas-based dream pop band, this quintet is best known for its 1995 worldwide, smash hit single ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s.’ After its initial success, Deep Blue Something took a long hiatus from its music, but reconvened in 2016 to record the ‘Locust House EP.’ Since them, its EP has expanded into a full-length album and the group is now traveling the world to share its music with fans both near and far … including those here at our Rehoboth brewpub! Stop by on Friday, November 8, to give them a listen!

Show starts at 10 p.m. No cover.

And don’t forget! The Analog-A-Go-Go fun continues on Saturday, November 9, at the Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen, our sister restaurant Chesapeake & Maine AND here on our world-class music stage with a show by Bronze Radio Return.
