Can I change my order?
We so wish we could make this happen, unfortunately, once the order has been placed and confirmed we’re unable to make any changes or modifications. We know this might not be exactly what you were hoping to hear, but can we still be friends?


Do you ship internationally?
We do but if you are looking for some extra help please email orders@dogfish.com


What payment methods do you accept?
We’re happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and chocolate. Just kidding … our accounting team hasn’t figured out how to ‘process’ chocolate … yet.


Can I use my Brew Pub Gift Card online?
Sadly, no … but we’re working on it!

How do I return or exchange an item?
Just fill out the return/exchange form, pack it up, send it back, and we’ll take it from there. Don’t have a copy of the return/exchange form? Shoot us an email at orders@dogfish.com. A couple things to keep in mind though - all products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with a copy of the invoice and reason for return included within 30 days.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack up your newly purchased swag. Our shipping team is here Monday-Friday. If you place your order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will not be received until Monday.

We also ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Remember, UPS does not mail to PO Boxes, so please make sure to use a physical street address.

We want you to love what you ordered! If something is not right, please let us know. Your happiness with our stuff is our mission! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with a copy of the invoice and reason for return included within 30 days.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  DFH will kindly pay reshipment of the replacement item.  If you need to exchange an item that was shipped to you in error, we will of course pay for the return shipping and the replacement for that item.  

We do our very best to ensure your purchases are sent to you in perfect condition.  However, on occasion, an item is damaged in transit or has damage that our shipping department did not catch.  If either of these things occur, please contact us at: orders@dogfish.com or 1-888-8DOGFISH (1-888-836-4347) as soon as you receive your order so that we can arrange for return and replacement of the item.

Returns and exchanges of on-line orders cannot be accepted at our Brewpub or brewery. Conversely, merchandise purchased at either of those locations may only be returned or exchanged at that location.  Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
